‣ 10% of the total tour cost will be deducted as an administration fee for the cancelled tour.
‣ 60 days or more prior to arrival date: No charges except wire transfer fees.
‣ 59 – 30 days prior to arrival date: 40% cancellation fees in addition to wire transfer fees.
‣ 29 – 15 days prior to arrival date: 50% cancellation fees in addition to wire transfer fees.
‣ Less than 15 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fees(non refundable). ‣After arrival: 100% cancellation fees(non refundable).
